Ed has been active in the Multi-Family Industry since 2007, having presented the LeaseStar Social concept at a range of Industry events. Prior to founding the company, Ed worked as a Senior Associate at DFJ ePlanet Ventures in Silicon Valley. Ed began his career in 1999 as a Business Development Analyst for SoftCoin, a technology start-up in San Francisco. During college, Ed founded a home painting franchise. He holds an Engineering degree from Duke University and an MBA from INSEAD. Ed enjoys traveling and has visited countries on 5 continents.

Kevin received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, working in the Artificial Intelligence Lab. As one of the original fellows of the multi-disciplinary STIET program in e-commerce, his research at Michigan focused on multiattribute auctions and automated trading agents. Prior to graduate school, Kevin graduated cum laude from Duke University with a double-major in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Kevin has previous work experience as a Hardware Engineer at Silicon Graphics and also as an Engineering Consultant at OG Technology in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he co-authored a successful $2 million NIST grant application.

She serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Professional Apartment Magazine, is a co-founder of Apartment All Stars and sits on the National Apartment Association Communications Advisory Board.
